Working as system administrator and e-learning specialist at Adda Kompetens, a part of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR). Previous experience from working with educational technology and change management at the ICT-unit, Education Administration in City of Stockholm. My qualifications include Design for Learning and Learning Study methodology. I also believe we need to replace assessment rubrics with evaluated samples of student work.
